Shipping Policy

Upon receipt of your order we will process it within 3-5 business days. If any items are out-of-stock or delayed, we will notify you by email with a status.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order’s total weight, dimensions and shipping destination. Please note some of our items ship directly from our suppliers. While UPS is our primary carrier, some orders may ship via USPS.

Sales Tax

For shipping to addresses within Alabama, state sales tax apply. City or county taxes may also apply where required.

Return & Exchange Policy

We will happily accept product returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Return shipping is at your expense. If for any reason your items are incorrect or damaged, please contact us at info@coveyrisemagazine.com.
